- Projects are bid on a per job basis.
- Time and Materials may apply depending on the project.
- Travel requirements will be quoted in addition to the standard fees.
- Payment Terms are 5% discount 10 days, or net 15 days from date of invoice.
- Flexible terms may be available upon credit approval and are at the sole discretion of Luoma Contract.
- Late fees apply to late invoices.
- Progress invoices will be billed bi-weekly while working on the client’s project
- Final invoices will occur once project is complete.
